How can we help?

Ordering, returns and warranty, Pro Shop visits and answers to common questions. Can't find what you need? Write to us.

Ordering

Ordering is by quote.

Send us your build or a list, and we reply by email with a quote.

  1. Build it, or list it

Build your rig in the configurator and send it to us, or use the contact form or email info@simwerkus.com with the items you want. Names or SKUs are fine.

  2. We confirm

We confirm availability, lead time and a final quote for your order.

  3. What prices include

Prices are in USD: MSRP, except MOZA Racing and Thrustmaster products at each brand's current US store price. Tax, shipping and installation are quoted separately, with your order.

  4. Our store policy

No refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind. Quality problems are repaired, replaced or refunded as the law or the warranty requires. Read the policy.

Store policy

Returns, repairs and warranty

We don't take returns for a change of mind. If something you bought from us has a quality problem, we'll make it right.

Quality problems: we'll make it right

If a product arrives damaged, is defective or doesn't work as it should, or isn't what your quote lists, tell us. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires, and we'll handle any manufacturer's warranty claim with you.

Contact SimWerk first for anything you bought from us, including hardware from other brands.

No refunds for a change of mind

Once your order is delivered, all sales are final except for quality problems. We don't give refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind. This applies to everything you buy from SimWerk: SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand, seats, color upgrades, display stands, motion systems, accessories, and the hardware from other brands we sell (MOZA Racing, Asetek, Heusinkveld, Thrustmaster and Cube Controls).

Made to order

Custom anodized colors and custom builds are made to order for you. Colors on screen are previews and can look different from the anodized finish. Anodize samples are at the Pro Shop.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Tell us as soon as you can. What can still be changed, and what's refunded if you cancel, depends on whether we've started producing or ordering your items. Your quote states it. If we can't deliver within the lead time in your quote, we'll tell you as soon as we know. You can then agree to a new date or cancel for a full refund of what you've paid.

How to report a problem

  1. Email info@simwerkus.com or use the contact form. Include your name, your quote or order number, the product and what's wrong.
  2. Add photos or a short video. For shipping damage, also photograph the packaging, and keep it until we've sorted things out.
  3. Together we'll agree on the next step: a repair, a replacement, a refund, or a claim under the manufacturer's warranty. Please talk to us before you send anything back, so we can arrange it.

Check your order when it arrives

Please check your order when it arrives, or when installation is finished. Tell us right away about visible shipping damage or missing items, so we can claim with the carrier. If we install your rig, please try it before we leave and point out anything that isn't right. A defect you find later is still covered by this policy.

Warranty

  • MOZA Racing: MOZA products come with MOZA's warranty, which MOZA gives, not SimWerk. We'll handle any claim under it with you. The warranty period starts when SimWerk sells the product to you or when you activate its serial number, not when SimWerk bought it. MOZA's warranty terms: us.mozaracing.com/pages/warranty-policy. Free copy on request: info@simwerkus.com.
  • Other brands (Asetek, Heusinkveld, Thrustmaster and Cube Controls): ask us before you order how the manufacturer's warranty applies to items bought through SimWerk. Quality problems are handled under this policy either way.
  • SimWerk Core, SimWerk Grand and other SimWerk products: California's implied warranty applies (see Your rights). If your order comes with a written SimWerk warranty, its terms are in your quote.
  • Business, venue or rental use: business terms are in your quote. Some manufacturers' warranties don't cover commercial or rental use, so ask us before you order.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including California's implied warranty and consumer protection laws, or under a manufacturer's warranty.

See the SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand at Pro Shop 01, our test lab in Laguna Hills, before you order. Your first 6 laps there are free. Questions about fit, space or compatibility? Ask us before you order.

Visiting the Pro Shop

How do I book my free laps at the Pro Shop?

Free laps are booked by slot. Use the booking form on the First 6 Laps page (simwerkus.com/pro-shop/first-6-laps#book) or the contact form with your name and the day that works, and we confirm by email. Pro Shop 01 is SimWerk's test lab, so longer sessions, coaching and group nights are by arrangement: ask us.

How old do I need to be to drive?

You need to be 16 or older. Drivers aged 16–17 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every driver signs the waiver before driving: scan the waiver QR code when you check in.

Can we come as a group?

Pro Shop 01 is SimWerk's test lab, so group nights on its rigs are by arrangement. Send us a message through the contact form with your group and the day that works. For clubs, campuses and car meets we can also bring the rigs to you.

Where is Pro Shop 01, and when can I book?

Pro Shop 01, SimWerk's test lab, is at Auto Squad OC, 23501 Commerce Center Dr #A, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Free laps are booked by slot, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Can I try SimWerk hardware before I buy?

Yes. Pro Shop 01, SimWerk's test lab in Laguna Hills, runs the same SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand chassis we sell, on real motion, with MOZA wheels, bases and pedals in stock. Book your free First 6 Laps, or ask us to arrange a longer visit.

First 6 Laps

What are the First 6 Laps?

A free intro session for new drivers: 6 laps counting your out-lap, or 10 minutes of driving, whichever comes first. The first 3 follow a SimWerk coach around Laguna Seca; the rest are yours while your coach calls out one fix per lap. You drive a Ferrari 296 GT3 in Assetto Corsa Competizione on our 4DOF motion rig, and you leave with a real lap time. No experience needed.

Is it really free? Can I come back for another free session?

Yes, it's free: one free session per person, booked slots only. More driving after your 6 laps is by arrangement: ask us.

Hardware

Are seat sliders and brackets included?

Yes. Every SimWerk seat comes with seat sliders and side brackets, fitted and ready to bolt in.

Which motion system fits which chassis?

MOZA HMA150 and the SimWerk 4DOF system fit both the SimWerk Core and the SimWerk Grand. The SimWerk 7DOF system is exclusive to the Grand.

Can I choose my own colors?

Yes. The aluminum profiles, CNC-machined plates, caps and brackets, and the front logo plate can each be anodized in their own color. SW01 Stealth Black is standard; other colors are a paid upgrade, priced in your quote. Custom brand colors are matched on a test piece first; true white and pastel tones aren't possible with anodizing.

Are monitors or a PC included?

No. Display stands are sold without monitors, and a PC isn't included unless it's listed in your quote. The 3D views, renders and photos may show them for illustration. Your quote lists everything included in your order.

Do Asetek Racing, Heusinkveld, Thrustmaster and Cube Controls parts fit SimWerk rigs?

Yes. MOZA, Asetek Racing, Heusinkveld and Thrustmaster hardware and the Cube Controls wheels fit both the SimWerk Core and the SimWerk Grand. For the VNM x Cube Controls wheelbases and the Cube Controls SP01 Core pedals, we confirm the mounting for your chassis in your quote.

Can I race on PlayStation with a SimWerk rig?

Yes, with the Thrustmaster T598 Servo Base and a Thrustmaster wheel. Thrustmaster pedals plug into the base, and a Thrustmaster shifter or handbrake into its add-on port (a shifter and a handbrake together connect through the TM Sim Hub, which the configurator adds to your build). The MOZA, Asetek Racing, Heusinkveld and Cube Controls gear in our configurator runs on PC (some MOZA gear also on Xbox with the ESX wheel; the configurator tells you which), not on PlayStation. Thrustmaster firmware updates for the base, wheels and pedals install from a Windows PC (Thrustmaster's My Thrustmaster Panel software), so you need one for updates. Game support varies by title.

What do “Ferrari licensed” and “Mercedes-AMG edition” mean on a wheel?

They describe the product. A Ferrari licensed wheel is officially licensed by Ferrari, as its maker Thrustmaster states. The Cube Controls Mercedes-AMG GT Edition was developed in collaboration with Mercedes-AMG and carries a genuine Mercedes-Benz badge. Our 3D models show those marks where the real wheel has them. SimWerk itself isn't licensed by Ferrari or Mercedes-Benz.

Ordering

How do I order?

Ordering is by quote. Build your rig in the configurator and send it to us, or send the contact form or email info@simwerkus.com with the items you want. We'll confirm lead time and a final quote. Our Returns & Warranty policy applies to every order.

Do prices include tax, shipping and installation?

No. Prices are in USD: MSRP, except MOZA Racing and Thrustmaster products at each brand's current US store price. Tax, shipping and installation are quoted separately.

What is your return policy?

We don't give refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind: once your order is delivered, all sales are final except for quality problems. If anything you buy from us arrives damaged, is defective or doesn't work as it should, or isn't what your quote lists, contact us. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires. This covers everything we sell, including hardware from other brands. The full policy is under Returns & Warranty on our Support page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Tell us as soon as you can. What can still be changed, and what's refunded if you cancel, depends on whether we've started producing or ordering your items; your quote states it. If we can't deliver within the lead time in your quote, you can agree to a new date or cancel for a full refund of what you've paid.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Check your order when it arrives and tell us right away: email info@simwerkus.com with photos of the damage and the packaging, and keep the packaging. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires, and we'll handle the claim with the carrier.

Can I return a rig with custom colors?

Custom anodized colors and custom builds are made to order for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Quality problems are still covered. Colors on screen are previews; anodize samples are at the Pro Shop.

MOZA Racing

What if a MOZA product I bought from SimWerk has a problem?

Contact us first. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the warranty requires, and handle any claim under MOZA's warranty with you. The MOZA warranty period starts when SimWerk sells the product to you or when you activate its serial number, not when SimWerk bought it. As with everything we sell, we don't take returns for a change of mind.

Thrustmaster

What if a Thrustmaster product I bought from SimWerk has a problem?

Contact us first: email info@simwerkus.com or use the contact form. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires. Ask us before you order how Thrustmaster's warranty applies to items bought through SimWerk. As with everything we sell, we don't take returns for a change of mind.

Cube Controls

Which wheelbases do Cube Controls wheels fit?

In our configurator, MOZA and Asetek Racing bases and the VNM x Cube Controls bases. Cube Controls wheels bolt to a formula-style quick release (3 bolts, 70 mm PCD): on MOZA and Asetek Racing bases we add the MOZA 70 mm QR Adapter or the Asetek Universal QR Adapter to your build; on a VNM x Cube Controls base they bolt straight to its preinstalled Direct Drive Hub. They aren't offered on Thrustmaster bases. Their buttons connect to your PC with the wheel's own cable, or by Bluetooth on the wheels that have it, so they're for PC. We confirm the hub version and bolt fit in your quote.

What are the VNM x Cube Controls wheelbases?

Direct drive wheelbases made by VNM Simulation and sold by Cube Controls with its Direct Drive Hub preinstalled: the Elite (18 N·m), the Supreme (25 N·m) and the Xtreme (32 N·m), all maximum torque. Cube Controls wheels bolt straight to the hub. They run on PC. We price them in your quote, alone or as Cube Controls' bundles with a wheel, the QRX quick release and the SP01 Core pedals, and confirm the mounting on your Core or Grand; the Xtreme mounts from the front only.

What if a Cube Controls product I bought from SimWerk has a problem?

Contact us first: email info@simwerkus.com or use the contact form. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires. Ask us before you order how Cube Controls' warranty applies to items bought through SimWerk. As with everything we sell, we don't take returns for a change of mind.

Events

Where do you announce events?

Events drop on Instagram first: follow @simwerk.us. Winners of our events take home free gear.

Can SimWerk bring rigs to our event?

Yes. For clubs, campuses, car meets and brand activations we can bring the rigs and run the racing. Send us a request through the contact form.

For venues

Do you work with sim racing venues and businesses?

Yes. SimWerk sells rigs and its software to venues: Verified laps on any rig at a certified venue, leaderboards and staff tools, and your venue keeps its own seat-time revenue. Large orders can get their own co-branded brackets. Prices are by quote. Tell us about your venue through the contact form.
