01Who we are
SimWerk is the trade name of PicklePals INC, a company based in California. In these terms, "SimWerk", "we" and "us" mean PicklePals INC (DBA SimWerk), and "you" means the person or business buying from us. You can reach us at info@simwerkus.com.
02What these terms cover
These terms apply to hardware you buy from SimWerk, whether you order through the configurator, by quote, by email or at a SimWerk Pro Shop. That includes SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand, seats, color upgrades, display stands, motion systems, accessories and hardware from other brands.
Your quote can add terms for your order. Where your quote and these terms differ, your quote applies to that order, except that nothing in a quote takes away the rights described in section 03.
Driving at a Pro Shop, such as the free First 6 Laps, and events aren't product sales. Their rules are on our Pro Shop pages and in the waiver.
03Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that can't be waived, including California's consumer protection and warranty laws, or under a manufacturer's warranty.
04Quotes and orders
Ordering is by quote. Prices and totals in the configurator are estimates. Your quote confirms availability, lead time and the final price.
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Your order is confirmed when you accept your quote and make the payment it asks for. By accepting or paying a quote, you agree to these terms and to our Returns & Warranty policy. Accepting by email or electronic signature counts the same as signing on paper.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available. If we do, we'll refund anything you've paid for it.
05Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Prices on this site are list prices: MSRP for SimWerk, Asetek and Heusinkveld, and each brand's current US store price for MOZA Racing and Thrustmaster. They can change until your order is confirmed.
Sales tax, shipping and installation aren't included in listed prices. They're shown on your quote. SW01 Stealth Black is standard; any other anodized color is a paid upgrade, priced in your quote.
If we find a mistake in a price or product description, we'll tell you before we go ahead. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything you've paid.
We don't take payments on this website. Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are stated in your quote.
06Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Tell us as soon as you can. What can still be changed, and what's refunded if you cancel, depends on whether we've started producing or ordering your items. Your quote states it.
07Made to order
Custom anodized colors and custom builds are made to order for you and can't be returned for a change of mind. Quality problems are still covered (section 10).
08Lead times, delivery, installation and inspection
Lead time, delivery method, delivery cost and installation are stated in your quote. The lead time is our honest estimate. If we can't deliver within it, we'll tell you as soon as we know and give you a new date. You can agree to the new date or cancel for a full refund of what you've paid.
If your quote includes installation, we'll schedule it with you and confirm what we need from your space.
Please check your order when it arrives, or when installation is finished. Tell us right away about visible shipping damage or missing items, so we can claim with the carrier. If we install your rig, please try it before we leave and point out anything that isn't right. A defect you find later is still covered.
09What's included
Your quote lists everything included in your order.
Photos, 3D views and renders may show monitors, a PC, peripherals and accessories to illustrate a complete setup. They are for illustration only and are not included unless they are listed in your quote. Colors on screen are previews and can look different from the anodized finish.
10Returns and quality problems
We don't take returns for a change of mind. If something you bought from us has a quality problem, we'll make it right.
Quality problems: we'll make it right
If a product arrives damaged, is defective or doesn't work as it should, or isn't what your quote lists, tell us. We'll repair, replace or refund it as the law or the applicable warranty requires, and we'll handle any manufacturer's warranty claim with you.
Contact SimWerk first for anything you bought from us, including hardware from other brands.
No refunds for a change of mind
Once your order is delivered, all sales are final except for quality problems. We don't give refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind. This applies to everything you buy from SimWerk: SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand, seats, color upgrades, display stands, motion systems, accessories, and the hardware from other brands we sell (MOZA Racing, Asetek, Heusinkveld, Thrustmaster and Cube Controls).
How to report a problem
- Email info@simwerkus.com or use the contact form. Include your name, your quote or order number, the product and what's wrong.
- Add photos or a short video. For shipping damage, also photograph the packaging, and keep it until we've sorted things out.
- Together we'll agree on the next step: a repair, a replacement, a refund, or a claim under the manufacturer's warranty. Please talk to us before you send anything back, so we can arrange it.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including California's implied warranty and consumer protection laws, or under a manufacturer's warranty.

11Warranties
MOZA Racing products come with MOZA's warranty. MOZA gives that warranty, not SimWerk. We're still your first contact, and we'll handle any claim under it with you. The warranty period starts when SimWerk sells the product to you or when you activate its serial number. MOZA's warranty terms: us.mozaracing.com/pages/warranty-policy. Other brands' hardware (Asetek, Heusinkveld, Thrustmaster and Cube Controls): ask us before you order how the manufacturer's warranty applies to items bought through SimWerk. Quality problems are handled under section 10 either way.
SimWerk products: California's implied warranty applies (see below and section 03). If your order comes with a written SimWerk warranty, its terms are in your quote.
Implied warranties: California law gives you implied warranties on consumer goods you buy from us. These terms don't limit them.
12Business and commercial buyers
If you're buying for a business, a venue or rental use, your quote or partner agreement sets the terms for your order, and it applies where it differs from these terms. Some manufacturers' warranties don't cover commercial or rental use. Ask us before you order.
13Use and safety
Assemble and use your rig as the instructions for it and for each component describe. Motion systems move with force: keep children, pets and bystanders clear while they're running.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or loss of use, arising from a product you buy from us. This doesn't apply to personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct or violations of law. It doesn't limit your warranty rights or any other right you have under the law that can't be waived.
15Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most issues are sorted out quickly. Nothing in these terms stops you from bringing a claim in any court where the law gives you that right.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you accept your quote applies to that order. The effective date is at the top of this page.
17If part of these terms can't be enforced
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
18Trademarks
SimWerk, SimWerk Core and SimWerk Grand are trademarks of PicklePals INC (DBA SimWerk).
SimWerk is an authorized MOZA Racing dealer. MOZA and MOZA Racing are trademarks of their owner.
SimWerk is an authorized Thrustmaster dealer. Thrustmaster is a trademark of its owner.
Asetek, Asetek Racing and Asetek SimSports; Heusinkveld; and Cube Controls are trademarks of their respective owners. SimWerk sells these products but isn't an authorized dealer of these brands unless we say so.
Car, game, platform and track names on this site, including Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, AMG, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, iRacing, Gran Turismo, PlayStation, Xbox, Windows and Laguna Seca, are trademarks of their respective owners.
Car makers' marks drawn on our 3D models (the Ferrari prancing horse, the Mercedes-Benz star) appear only on the officially licensed or co-developed products that carry them. Any license or collaboration is the product maker's: SimWerk is not licensed by, or affiliated with, Ferrari or Mercedes-Benz.
We use other companies' names only to identify genuine products we sell, products that fit our rigs, or games and tracks you can drive. This doesn't mean those companies sponsor or endorse SimWerk. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
